Payments and Security
Yes, absolutely. Your banking information is protected by Shopify Payments, secured via SSL. Your data is never stored or shared.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna and Alma.

Deliveries
For orders under €200, the fees are as follows:
• France & European Union : €5.90 (standard)
• Switzerland, UK, Norway, etc .: €9.90 (international standard)
• Other countries : from €19.90 depending on the destination
Delivery times vary depending on the product and country:
• France & Europe : 7 to 12 working days
• Large or custom-made items : up to 15 to 25 working days
Yes, standard delivery is free for all orders over €200 (excluding specific promotions). Valid in all eligible areas. This option is automatically applied at checkout.
No, our shipments to the EU are generally DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). In rare cases where a fee is charged, Arc & Embers will cover these additional costs, although this may slightly extend the delivery time.
An email containing the tracking link is sent as soon as the order is shipped, which can be viewed at any time here .

Some of our parts are shipped from different workshops.
To ensure the best possible delivery times and careful packaging, items from the same order may arrive separately .
Each package has its own tracking number, sent by email as soon as it is shipped.
Returns & Refunds
Yes. You have 30 days to return your product. It must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
You can request a refund up to 30 days after receiving the product.
• In case of change of mind: return costs are your responsibility.
• Defective product or error on our part: Arc & Embers covers the costs.
You will be fully refunded the amount paid for the returned item, excluding the initial delivery charges.
Warranty and Repair
Yes, all our lighting and decorative objects benefit from a two-year legal guarantee of conformity from receipt.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, technical failures or abnormal malfunctions under normal conditions of use.
Simply contact us at sav@arcandembers.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and a few supporting photos. Our team will respond within 48 hours.
At this time, we do not offer an extended warranty, but our customer service team remains at your disposal for any specific requests.
