- Processing times
All orders are prepared and verified within 1 to 3 business days.

Our parts are shipped from our international or European warehouses, depending on stocks and references.
- Standard delivery: 7 to 15 working days

Some items may arrive sooner depending on local availability.
- Order tracking
A tracking link is sent upon shipment. Our logistics partners will keep you informed every step of the way, right up to home delivery.
- Orders containing multiple items
When possible, items available earlier will be shipped separately to ensure prompt delivery. You will be notified of each package sent.

For orders under €200 , the fees are as follows:

Some creations are made specifically to order, in small series. These pieces require an additional production time, which can be up to 25 working days . This information is always indicated on the relevant product sheet.
This choice helps limit overproduction and guarantee optimal quality.
At Arc & Embers, every piece is carefully selected—but if it doesn't suit you, you can return it.
Return for change of mind
• Deadline: 30 days after receipt
• Conditions: New, unused item in its original packaging
• Return costs at your expense
• Refund within 5 to 10 working days after validation
Damaged product or error
• Report it within 48 hours with supporting photos
• Return handled by us
• Exchange or full refund offered
Exchange possible
• Same procedure as a return
• You will be refunded, then free to order another model
